Mighty Dashboard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time.

Support does not include:
- Legal advice
- Business consulting
- Court filing advice
- Data entry services
- Custom development (unless agreed separately in writing)
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Site and Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance

User Content

By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Mighty Dashboard a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you agree that:

- Feedback shall not be considered confidential
- We may incorporate improvements into the platform at our discretion
Trademark Protection
“Mighty Dashboard” and related logos, product names, and service marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
4. Mighty Dashboard Content
Ownership of Content
All content made available through the Site and Services, including but not limited to:
- Text
- Graphics
- Logos
- Icons
- Images
- Software
- Interface elements
- Documentation
- Training materials
- Help articles
- Videos
- Design elements
(collectively, “Mighty Dashboard Content”) is the exclusive property of Mighty Dashboard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Permitted Use
You are permitted to access and use Mighty Dashboard Content solely for:
- Using the Services as intended
- Internal business purposes
- Lawful operation of your process serving business
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or display any Mighty Dashboard Content without prior written consent
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use content for competitive analysis or to build a competing product
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Restrictions on Commercial Use
Mighty Dashboard Content may not be used:

Platform-Generated Content
Reports, system-generated templates, affidavits, and formatted outputs created by the platform are provided as tools for your use. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all legal content before submission to any court or third party.
Mighty Dashboard is not responsible for the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or compliance of user-modified documents.
Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Mighty Dashboard.
- Unauthorized use of Mighty Dashboard Content may result in suspension of your account and potential legal action.
5. Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features of Mighty Dashboard, including our process server software and job tracking system, you may be required to register and create an account.
When registering, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Use a valid email address and contact details
- Create secure login credentials
Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for:

You agree to notify Mighty Dashboard immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of your account.
Mighty Dashboard is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Business Accounts
If you are registering on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms
- The entity agrees to be responsible for all activity conducted under the account
Account Approval and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Approve or reject any registration
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove access for violations of these Terms
- Limit the number of accounts per organization
Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.
Multiple Users and Sub-Accounts
If your subscription allows multiple users:
- The primary account holder is responsible for all sub-user activity
- You must ensure all users comply with these Terms
- Access permissions should be managed responsibly
6. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
Access to certain features of Mighty Dashboard, including our process server software and job tracking system, may require payment of subscription fees.
By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable subscription fees
- Provide accurate billing information
- Keep payment details current and valid
All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Billing Cycle
Subscription fees may be billed:
- Monthly
- Annually
- Or according to a custom enterprise agreement
Billing will occur in advance of each subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You authorize Mighty Dashboard to charge your payment method for renewal fees unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
Late or Failed Payments
If payment is declined, overdue, or otherwise not processed:
- We may suspend or restrict access to the Services
- We may terminate your account
- You remain responsible for outstanding amounts
We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused accounts
- Downgrades during an active billing cycle
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
If pricing changes affect your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your subscription, excluding taxes based on our net income.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
Mighty Dashboard is not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
7. Unlawful / Harmful Use and Resale Prohibited
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or Services in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive manner.
Without limitation, you may not:
- Use the Services in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent legal documents
- Submit inaccurate service of process information
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal conduct through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
- Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform without authorization
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Mighty Dashboard complies with all applicable laws governing process serving and legal documentation in your jurisdiction.
No Resale or Commercial Redistribution
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute access to the Services
- Offer the platform as part of a competing service
- Share login credentials outside your authorized organization
- Use the Services to operate a service bureau without written permission
Access to Mighty Dashboard is licensed, not sold. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Competitive Use Prohibited
You may not use the Services to:
- Develop a competing product
- Reverse engineer platform functionality
- Conduct competitive analysis for commercial purposes
- Copy features, workflows, or proprietary systems
Enforcement and Remedies
Violation of this section may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Legal action
- Claims for damages
- Recovery of attorney’s fees and enforcement costs
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.
8. Not a Referral Service; No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
Not a Referral Service
Mighty Dashboard is a technology platform that provides process server software and job tracking tools.
We do not:
- Refer attorneys, law firms, or legal professionals
- Endorse specific legal service providers
- Guarantee the qualifications, licensing, or performance of any user
- Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary for legal representation
Any relationship formed between users, law firms, process servers, or third parties through use of the platform is solely between those parties.
No Legal Advice
Mighty Dashboard does not provide legal advice.
All content, templates, system-generated documents, reports, affidavits, help materials, and communications available through the platform are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
Nothing on the Site or within the Services should be interpreted as:
- Legal advice
- A legal opinion
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents, filings, affidavits, and legal processes comply with applicable laws and court requirements.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of the Site or Services does not create:
- An attorney-client relationship
- A fiduciary relationship
- A partnership or joint venture
- Any agency relationship
No communication through the platform establishes a confidential legal relationship between Mighty Dashboard and any user.
Independent Contractors
Process servers, agencies, and law firms using the platform operate as independent businesses. Mighty Dashboard does not supervise, control, or direct the manner in which legal services are performed.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for verifying all legal requirements
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable service of process laws
- You must seek independent legal counsel if needed
Mighty Dashboard disclaims any liability arising from reliance on platform-generated content for legal decision-making.
9. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
Submission of Content
If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, testimonials, reviews, feature requests, or other materials to Mighty Dashboard (collectively, “Submissions”), whether through the Site, email, support channels, or otherwise, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Submissions are voluntary
- Your Submissions are non-confidential
- Your Submissions are provided without expectation of compensation
License to Use Submissions
By providing Submissions, you grant Mighty Dashboard a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to:

such Submissions into our Services, documentation, marketing materials, or product development without restriction and without compensation to you.
No Obligation
Mighty Dashboard is under no obligation to:

- Provide credit or attribution
User Representations
You represent and warrant that:

- The Submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights

- Contains confidential third-party information

Monitoring and Removal

- Data handling practices of external platforms

Third-Party Terms Apply
When accessing or using third-party services through our platform, you may be required to agree to separate third-party terms and conditions.
Mighty Dashboard is not a party to those agreements and assumes no liability arising from them.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Dashboard shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:

11. Data and Cancellation
User Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data, documents, case information, and materials that you upload, submit, or generate through the Services (“User Data”).
Mighty Dashboard does not claim ownership of your User Data. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit such data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all uploaded data
- Maintaining backups of critical documents
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing all affidavits, filings, and reports before submission
While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and you assume responsibility for maintaining independent backups where necessary.
Account Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Following the cancellation process within your account settings; or
- Contacting our support team at support@mightydashboard.com
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in writing.
No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Data Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation or termination:
- Your access to the Services may be suspended or disabled
- We may retain your data for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- After the applicable retention period, your data may be permanently deleted
It is your responsibility to export or download your data prior to cancellation.
Mighty Dashboard is not liable for data loss resulting from failure to export data before account termination.
Suspension or Termination by Mighty Dashboard
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment is overdue
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued service presents security or legal risk
In such cases, access to your data may be restricted.
Survival
Provisions relating to data ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution shall survive cancellation or termination of your account.
12. Monitoring

Mighty Dashboard reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Site and Services to:

No Obligation to Monitor
While we reserve the right to monitor activity, we are not obligated to:
- Monitor all user activity
- Pre-screen User Content
- Review all uploaded documents
- Detect or prevent all misuse
Users remain solely responsible for their actions and uploaded content.
Investigation of Violations
If we believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, we may:
- Investigate the matter
- Remove or restrict access to content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities
We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required by law.
Data Access During Monitoring
In the course of monitoring, investigating, or enforcing these Terms, we may access, preserve, or disclose information as permitted by law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No Expectation of Privacy in Misuse
Users acknowledge that misuse of the platform may result in review and disclosure of relevant information as necessary to protect Mighty Dashboard, its users, and the public.
13. Appropriate Conduct
By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
You agree that you will not:

Mighty Dashboard does not supervise, control, or direct how legal services are performed.
Platform Integrity

- Reverse engineer system functionality
- Engage in competitive misuse
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Enforcement
Violation of this section may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Removal of content
- Legal action
- Reporting to regulatory or law enforcement authorities
We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our platform, users, and business interests.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mighty Dashboard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:

You acknowledge that Mighty Dashboard is a software platform and does not supervise or control your legal activities. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all service of process laws and regulations;
- Verifying the accuracy of affidavits, filings, and documents;
- Maintaining proper licensing and qualifications where required.
Any legal claims resulting from your professional services remain your sole responsibility.
Cooperation
Mighty Dashboard reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such claim.
Survival
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination or expiration of your account and continued use of the Services.
15. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Site and Services, including our process server software and job tracking system, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Dashboard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific business requirements;
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors;
- Any defects will be corrected;
- Data will never be lost, corrupted, or delayed;
- Third-party integrations will function without interruption.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the Services.
No Legal or Professional Warranty
Mighty Dashboard does not guarantee:
- The legal sufficiency of documents generated through the platform;
- Court acceptance of filings;
- Compliance with jurisdiction-specific service requirements;
- The performance or conduct of third-party users.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all legal documents and filings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Dashboard and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
- Loss of data or goodwill;
- Service interruptions;
- Filing rejections or legal consequences resulting from user actions;
- Damages arising from third-party services or integrations.
Cap on Liability
In no event shall Mighty Dashboard’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Mighty Dashboard during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid any fees, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Essential Basis of the Agreement
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set forth herein are an essential basis of the agreement between you and Mighty Dashboard and that the Services would not be provided without such limitations.
Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Miscellaneous
Governing Law

Force Majeure
Mighty Dashboard shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of government
- War or terrorism
- Labor disputes
- Internet service interruptions
- Power outages
- Third-party service failures
Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Mighty Dashboard. These communications may include:
- Account notifications
- Legal notices
- Billing updates
- Service announcements
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Survival
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to:
- Intellectual property rights
- Indemnification
- Limitation of liability

17. Government Entities
If you are a government entity, public agency, or other governmental organization (“Government Entity”) accessing or using the Services, the following additional terms apply:

You represent and warrant that:

- Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, procurement rules, and internal policies.
Compliance with Laws
Mighty Dashboard makes no representation that the Services comply with specific government procurement laws, regulations, or public sector requirements unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
Government Entities are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

- Data retention laws
- Open records or FOIA requirements
- Industry-specific regulations
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability limitations and disclaimers set forth in these Terms shall apply to Government Entities.

No Special Terms Without Written Agreement
No terms, conditions, or provisions contained in any purchase order, government contract, or other document submitted by a Government Entity shall modify these Terms unless expressly agreed to in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Mighty Dashboard.
Sovereign Immunity
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of sovereign immunity where such immunity applies.
18. Linked Websites and Third-Party Connected Applications
Linked Websites
The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Mighty Dashboard.
These links are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute:
- An endorsement
- A sponsorship
- A recommendation
- An approval of the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website
Mighty Dashboard has no control over and assumes no responsibility for:
- The content of linked websites
- Their privacy practices
- Their terms of service
- Their availability or security
Accessing any linked website is done at your own risk.
Third-Party Connected Applications
The Services may allow integration with third-party applications, platforms, or services (“Connected Applications”), including but not limited to:
- Court filing systems
- Payment processors
- Analytics tools
- CRM systems
- Cloud storage providers
- InfoTrack or similar filing services
If you choose to connect or enable a third-party application:
- You authorize us to share necessary data with that application to facilitate the integration;
- Your use of that application is governed by its own terms and privacy policy;
- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those third-party terms.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Services
Mighty Dashboard is not responsible for:
- The functionality or reliability of Connected Applications;
- Data transmission errors caused by third parties;
- Security breaches originating from third-party systems;
- Court rejections, filing failures, or service disruptions caused by external platforms.
We may suspend or discontinue integrations at any time without liability.
Data Shared with Third Parties
When you enable integrations, certain User Data may be shared with third-party providers as necessary to perform the requested function.
You acknowledge and agree that once data is shared with a third party, it is subject to that third party’s policies and practices.
19. Digital Wallet
Digital Wallet Feature
Mighty Dashboard may offer a Digital Wallet feature that allows users to:
- Store funds within their account
- Prepay for services
- Pay for filings, integrations, or third-party services
- Process transaction fees related to platform use
Use of the Digital Wallet is subject to these Terms and any additional policies provided within the platform.
Funding the Wallet
You may add funds to your Digital Wallet using approved payment methods.
By funding your Digital Wallet, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- All deposits are final unless otherwise required by law;
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds before initiating transactions.
We reserve the right to set minimum or maximum funding amounts.
Use of Funds
Wallet funds may only be used for legitimate transactions within the Mighty Dashboard platform, including:
- Subscription payments
- Filing fees
- Third-party service fees
- Platform-related charges
Funds may not be transferred to other users unless explicitly permitted by the platform.
Non-Bank Account
The Digital Wallet:
- Is not a bank account
- Is not insured by the FDIC or any governmental agency
- Does not earn interest
- Is not intended for long-term fund storage
Mighty Dashboard is not a financial institution.
Refunds and Withdrawals
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing:
- Wallet deposits are non-refundable;
- Withdrawals may be restricted or subject to review;
- We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
Fraud and Security
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend wallet access in cases of suspected fraud;
- Reverse transactions where required by law or chargeback;
- Request identity verification before processing certain transactions.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Limitation of Liability
Mighty Dashboard shall not be liable for:
- Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure credentials;
- Delays caused by payment processors;

Compliance
You agree not to use the Digital Wallet for:
- Money laundering
- Fraudulent activity
- Unlawful transactions
- Any activity prohibited by applicable financial laws.
We may report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.
20. Taxes
Responsibility for Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
- Sales tax
- Use tax
- Value-added tax (VAT)
- Goods and services tax (GST)
- Withholding tax
- Other governmental fees or assessments
Except for taxes based on Mighty Dashboard’s net income, you agree to pay all applicable taxes related to your subscription, transactions, or Digital Wallet usage.
Collection of Taxes
Where required by applicable law, Mighty Dashboard may:
- Collect sales tax or other indirect taxes;
- Add applicable taxes to your invoice;
- Remit collected taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.
If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid documentation prior to billing.
International Users
If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States:
- You are responsible for compliance with your local tax laws;
- You may be required to self-assess and remit VAT or other taxes under reverse charge mechanisms;
- You are responsible for any foreign exchange fees or bank charges.
Withholding Taxes
If any withholding tax is required by law, you agree to:
- Gross up payments so that Mighty Dashboard receives the full invoiced amount; or
- Provide official documentation of tax remittance to the appropriate authority.
No Tax Advice
Mighty Dashboard does not provide tax advice. You are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any other written or oral communications, agreements, or representations between you and Mighty Dashboard, these Terms of Use shall govern and control, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Mighty Dashboard that specifically acknowledges the conflict and states that these Terms of Use shall not govern with respect to the identified provision.
